  • dFence surrounds your vehicle with a GPS-based “geo-fence”, which you activate by phoning or texting dFence’s toll-free number. If your vehicle is moved from that location, youʼll get an instant alert via text or email.
  • Within minutes, you can go online to alert your local police department, plus the department thatʼs nearest to your vehicle, and they can immediately track the exact location of your vehicle online as well.
  • Smart thieves will know not to go near a vehicle with a dFence windshield decal.

• Tracking

  • Any time you want to check on your vehicle— such as when a loved one is driving it— you can check to see where it is, where itʼs heading, and how fast it’s going.
  • You can also arrange to receive text or email alerts whenever a specified speed is exceeded.

• Maintenance Alerts

  • If your “check engine” light goes on, your dealer will get an immediate alert indicating exactly what the problem is.
  • Your dealerʼs service department will then contact you, tell you what the problem is, and let you schedule an appointment to fix the problem before any serious damage is done to your vehicle.
  • In addition, when you surpass a key mileage milestone, your dealer will get an immediate alert and will inform you of any maintenance that may be recommended (such as a 3,000 mile oil change or a 10,000 mile check-up).
